Those Boobs Matter, Take Care of Them

If you're struggling with your big boobs get in here!

From the moment a woman’s chest is fully grown, in her late teens to mid-twenties, she faces an uphill battle to defy the downward pull. No other part of the body is more affected by the force of gravity than the breasts.

From adolescent age when a girl begins her menstrual cycle, the breast begins to develop rapidly. At an early stage, the nipple is usually above the line where the base of the breast meets the chest. By stage two, the nipple is around one to three inches below that point. At stage three, the breast hangs more than 3cm below, with the nipple often pointing down to the floor. Over a lifetime, a woman with heavy breasts may see her nipples drop by as much as ten or 11cms if they descend to her waistline.

The feelings women get when they can’t control the changes in their breasts can include inferiority, distorted body image, unattractiveness and worthlessness.’You may not be able to control these body changes but you can actually manage the situation. Wearing the wrong bra can create poor posture, muscle fatigue, pain and ultimately cause the boobs to sag.

A bra is suppose to help give you support and help protect your breasts, they are also great at covering up your breasts and giving your upper body a nice shape that looks good under your clothes.

There are a lot of different types of bras to choose from. The most important thing about a bra at any stage in your life, is that it fits properly and is comfortable.

When shopping for a bra, (especially if you have big/heavy boobs) here is what you need to do;

  • To determine your actual waist size (i.e. 28, 32, 36, etc.).and cup size (i.e. A, B, C, etc.), get the right measurement done by a professional. Most of the upscale bra shops can help you get professional bra measurement/ fitting.
  • Once you’ve been measured for a bra size. Try on as many bras as you can. ou may need to alter these sizes for different types of bras in order to find the fit that’s perfect for you. In the end, it’s not the size that matters, it’s the fit.

  • Check if its the right bra for you. Check that the centre panel of the bra lie flat against your chest. The portions of your bra that are behind your back should rest below your shoulder blades, not on it. If the straps are digging into your shoulders, or if only the straps are holding up your breasts, the bra is the wrong size.

If the bra carries your breast well and feels comfortable in all positions (sitting, walking etc.), then you may have found the right bra for you.

Exercise: Doing push-ups on a regular basis you are working your pectoral muscles, which can lead to perkier boobs over time. Also, important to note that exercise would help your posture and relief the stress and body aches too.
Apart from bra and exercise, you also need to care for them bare boobs by washing and oiling them well. Pay attention to the nipples, in-between boobs and under breast. Make sure also, that you man handles it with care caressing it gently and NOT squeezing them like oranges.
