Some men move through life with a dangerous kind of arrogance, believing that because they have a little more money, attention or control in the moment, that they can treat a woman any way they like.

They lie, manipulate, disrespect and toy with the heart of a woman who genuinely loved them and move on like kings thinking they have won in life. 

Time shall tell…you are not God.

You are not the ultimate source of her happiness or survival.


You are just a man she chose to love and one day, when she chooses differently your relevance will evaporate like mist in the morning sun.

Good women are patient. They absorb more than they should. They forgive more times than they tell you but when a good woman finally calls your bluff, when she finally stops caring, stops showing up, stops praying for you, stops waiting… Bro! it’s over for you.

Life has a way of settling scores quietly and thoroughly.

It may take a while but there would be repercussions.

The woman you mistreated would thrive, she would glow and be loved deeply by someone who sees her worth while you watch from your empty nest.

Oga! This is your prompter to respect you woman. To straighten yourself up. To act right and do well by her. Cherish that woman who loves you. Respect her heart. Honor her sacrifices.Value her loyalty while you still have it….

You are not irreplaceable.

You are not God.

Stop playing games with the woman who genuinely loves you or you will soon find out that you played yourself….Because once she moves on, no amount of regret, apology or longing will bring her back.

And the worst kind of heartbreak is realizing you were the villain in a love story that was meant to be your blessings.

Why I Stopped Paid Employment

Claudia  I stopped paid employment because you can hardly satisfy a Nigerian employer if you're not suffering on the job. Most organisations here have toxic work culture. People carry their seniority mentality from secondary school into the workplace. I used to overwork (that's literally how we work here). Do all that and more.  While working for Nigerian firms, I thought hardwork was good work till I started working with a Ghanaian firm where you get upto 2weeks to deliver one article yet they pay on time. I shock! A Nigerian company will expect you to deliver 5 to 10 contents (articles) in a week.  How?....& for what? Worst still, if you have a terrible superior your work may never pass. It's more like a "dog eat dog" situation where correction is not done with "your growth" in mind. You'll be feeling drained and looking overused and abused all the time.
