Finding happiness from within
Claudia Nwankwo |
Many people endure pain, hoping those around them will notice and offer support. But often, everyone is wrapped up in their own lives and doesn’t have the time or focus to notice what others are going through.
Woke up to the groaning sound of someone in pain who has been given surgery as permanent solution but they choose to suffer and keep managing the pain because they are afraid to make such decisions with such dramatic turn around in their health.
I cannot understand why anyone would think so low of themselves that they rely on others’ validation to make important personal life decisions.
…because “people who knew me before will say”
If you have options (and usually you do), take them! Don’t suffer in silence just because you fear what people might say or worry about the outcome.
What if things turn out better than you ever imagined?
No one can fully understand your pain, because no one else feels it the way you do.
So, whether it’s about a job, religion, marriage, or any major life choice, make sure you’re making decisions that are right for you and not holding yourself back because of other people’s opinions.
I’ve seen people leave high-paying jobs because of the stress, and I can tell you, the decision to let go is often worth it.
There’s a reason people say, “Why do women look so much better after a divorce?” Sometimes, choosing yourself brings out the best in you.
I’ve never heard of anyone who regrets a breast reduction. Not one single person. Women deserve to feel beautiful without having to endure constant pain.
If you need vaginal rejuvenation to enjoy intimacy after childbirth, go for it!
If a breast lift would make you happier, call your doctor and make it happen.
And if you want to go all-in with a BBL, enjoy every moment of that journey.
Recovery isn’t easy—nothing worthwhile is. You need a strong support system (which I’m blessed to have), but most importantly, you need the conviction to rise above challenges and pursue your happiness.
It’s not just about beauty, it’s no use enduring pain and maintaining composure as if to say you’re trying to please anyone. When push comes to shove, you’ll be all by yourself and you’re going to learn the hard way.
The journey towards finding your happiness from within Is not a walk in the park I am not an extremist but if it’s going to give me peace of mind, I am willing to try. After all, we all agree that life is too short.
I agree with you
