Big Boob's Syndrome: The Struggle is Real

The struggle with big boobs is real o!

Boobs vary in sizes, what's big or small would most likely depends on your body size. Generally, from D cup upward is considered big.

Big boobs are pekky and beautiful.

many men love them big, they are beautiful too but it's a real struggle.

I don't know how breast enlargement feels but natural big boobs (especially after child bearing) for a lot of women, are anything but fun.

Personally, I've always been a slender person shuttling between size 6 and 8. I used to have 26 to 28cm waist size and bra cup C but during pregnancy my boobs went all the way from C to E, then F and G. Years later it finally settled at double G (GG).

A double G on a waist size 30cm. Would have been a perfect size 10 but for my GG. So, minus my boobs the biggest I'd have ever been would probably be a size 10 but guess what? I wear size 12 tops.

Personally, I have not enjoyed my boobs being big. It's all shades of stressful and I wouldn't mind a reduction

From the unbearable pain to sleeping troubles and bra challenge, the struggle with big boobs is real.

Let's dissect the issues one by one:

Unbearable Pain

The weight of the breast will cause you posture problems with severe aches around you upper back and chest region.

Exercise helps but with temporary relief. The pain almost never goes away.

Sleeping Troubles

Whether you prefer to sleep on your back, stomach or sideways, it's a whole lot of work finding a perfect position with big boobies. Sideways seem to be the best possible comfort position but the pressure that one boobie puts on the other can choke you. Sometimes you need to put something inbetween... like a tiny pillow so they can both sleep well apart.

Bra Challenge

Finding the right bra that can hold your waist and strap properly is always a headache. You also have to change them regularly as a result of slacking. Also,  remember big boobs sag faster. If they are big and saggy you cannot afford to go for a half or strapless bra because your nipples would be jumping out at will.

The moment you take off your bra to free the cuties, you'll suffer huge pressure on your chest, back and upper part of your stomach.

You need a tight bra right, this too comes with side effects. I feel nauseous wearing mine. Most times I can't wait to get home and set myself free. As your menstrual cycle builds up, the weight becomes even more unbearable and you have to move from proper bra to sports bra when you're home because you cannot afford the soreness of letting them loose.

It's almost as if the boobs have a mind of their own as they get in the way most of the time. You cannot run, jump or try to throw yourself around freely without putting them in check.

When packaged, the cleavage is a sweet sight to behold right?

Well... You don't know what's going on...

It's not all bad but it's not fun too.
