Dear Millenials

Dear millennials,
Are we coming out this year or are we staying safely behind our keypads, tucked in bed?
As we step into a new year, I’ve been reflecting on the quiet loneliness that can come with being a mature single millennial in a world that’s moving at the speed of AI. Everything feels fast, automated and constantly evolving, yet many of us were raised with conservative values that emphasized patience, depth and meaningful connection.
Between adapting to innovation and holding on to who we are, it’s easy to feel like we don’t quite fit in. We’re navigating family, careers, growth and self-awareness whilst still craving genuine human connection.
I don’t know… but maybe we need to start showing up a little more offline. Authentically and courageously with our imperfections, just as we are. There has to be a way to embrace progress without losing ourselves.
2026: I’m choosing connection over isolation, one conversation at a time.
Tag me to events in the Bay Area. I’m coming out!
Happy New Year.
